Admission

Students may take admission through Admission Centres of UPSOSB or take online admission by visiting the website: www.upsosb.ac.in.

Learners who seek admission in UPSOSB for Secondary / Sr. Secondary / Skill and Vocation education; are required to submit original scanned copies of documents mentioned below, while registering for admission.

Valid Identity Proof (Adhaar Card / Passport / Ration Card/ PAN Card)
Valid Proof of Date of Birth (Passport/ School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate/ Adhaar Card on which DOB is mentioned)
Valid Proof of Residencementioned)
Domicile Certificate for students of (U.P.)
Proof of completing 14 years of age for Secondary Programme
Secondary/Class X Certificate in case of Senior Secondary Programme.
Self attested copy of Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC
Disability Certificate (in case a leaner has any kind of disability)

Upsosb – Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Secondary and Senior Secondary

Block 1	31st August	14 years as on 31st-August	SECONDARY PASSED
Block 2	28th/29th February	14 years as on 31st-January	SECONDARY PASSED
a) Essential Supporting Documents for Date of Birth.		Any one of the following documents is acceptable for Age Proof 1. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority or District Office of the Registrar of Birth and Deaths for those born on or after 26.01.1989 2. Passport issued by Govt. of India 3. Original Transfer of Certificate / School Leaving Certificate showing applicant’s date of Birth, issued by the school last attended by the applicants. In case of Govt. Schools, the Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate should be signed by the principal while in the case of Private Schools, it should also be countersigned by the competent education authority of the State/ or District Education Officer 4. Aadhaar Card issued by the concerned Agency of Govt. of India. Note : Date of birth once given in the Admission Form shall not be changed. Please check and state the correct date of birth in the Admission Form.	The Certification of Matriculation/ Secondary Examination having a record of the Date of Birth.
b) Minimum Education Qualifications		Certificate of Class VIII pass OR Self Certificate standing that the candidate can read and write the language/s of medium.	Certificate of Secondary Examination passed from a recognized National/State Board of School Education.
